2. What’s included in a full-service grooming appointment?
Break down: bath, brush-out, haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland check (if offered), etc.
3. Do you groom all breeds and sizes of dogs?

5. How long does a grooming appointment take?

6. How do I prepare my pet for a grooming appointment?
Make sure your pet is fully vaccinated and not showing skin diseases or ear infection.
7. Do you offer de-shedding treatments or special shampoos?
Yes. We offer deshedding treatment.
8. Can I stay with my pet during grooming?
Usually grooming is performed without the presence of the owner. In some exceptions we accept the presence of the owner if it makes the process less stressful.
9. What if my pet is anxious, senior, or has special needs?
Anxious pets may need sedatives from a veterinarian. Special needs Pets like seizure dogs or patients with heart murmur need to have a consultation with their veterinarian before grooming.
10. Do you offer mobile grooming or in-salon only?
We do not offer mobile grooming.
