Boarding
While your pets are with us, we will do everything we can to give them an exciting visit. If you are concerned about leaving your pet, please don’t hesitate to set up a time to visit our hospital and look around our boarding facility. We will be happy to discuss our boarding policies and answer any questions you may have.
2. What are your boarding requirements?
Include vaccines, flea/tick prevention, temperament rules, etc.
3. How far in advance should I book boarding?
Currently available for same day booking, closer to holidays 3-5 days advance is best.
4. Can I tour your facility before booking?
Yes, clients are encouraged to schedule a time for a tour. During busy times at the hospital if all staff are busy assisting patients a tour may have to be delayed.
5. Do you offer dog and cat boarding?
We offer both dog and cat boarding
6. How often will my pet be exercised or let outside?
Pets are let out 3 times daily; morning, midday, and evening.
7. Do you offer group play or private play sessions?
We do not offer group or private play sessions
8. What should I pack for my pet’s boarding stay?
1) Food; We encourage Pet Parents to keep their pets on their own food to prevent possible upset stomach, however, we can provide food for an additional fee of $3/night
2) Medications if applicable
3) Bedding and toys; Bedding is provided but any specific blankets, toys, or beds can be brought for your pet.
9. Can you administer medications or care for pets with special needs?
Yes, we can administer any oral or injectable medications, we have a doctor that is available Monday - Saturday in case of any need for examination, new or continued treatment.
10. How do you keep pets safe during their stay?
All boarding pets are kept safe and secure in a separate boarding wing of the building, all pet activity is supervised by the staff, and pets do not have any contact with unauthorized personnel.
