The need for an appointment arose and being short notice and Saturday, we were told they were completely booked. Their staff checked and found a time they could work us in. A short time later we received a call letting us know there was a cancellation and we could be seen earlier. Dr. Elmer was so wonderful and gentle with my older dog for her exam. Some vets separate you for your dog, and we refuse to do that or go to a place that does. My wife took our other dog here, we used to go to big thicket despite it being further away. I recently got a puppy. Made the appointment for the wellness check and vaccinations. The staff is very professional and friendly. I was going to drop off the puppy because the appointments available didn't fit my schedule, but when I went in they were able to see her right away. Not only did they do such an excellent job with her, they gave me good advice with her hygiene, diet, and training. The vet, Dr M was very patient with me and amazing with the puppy. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Also, they do everything. Boarding, grooming, surgery, health checks. They were very knowledgeable and trust me, they know what they're doing. They are very honest about the process. I submitted application week prior, bit late but they came through for me. Everyone is professional, kind and patient, its a hospital so it's fairly busy and phones can have a wait time.
